Pressure or power washing is a necessary method of cleaning here in the Northwest. Moss, algae, mildew and other forms of bacteria growth can accumulate on just about any porous or non-porous surface.
Power Washing is achieved through a high-pressured water concentrated on a specific area. Typically, any PSI (pounds per square inch) between 1,000 and 4,000 is considered power washing.
Power Rinsing is achieved through low pressure and higher volume of water set between 500 – 1,000 PSI at 4 GPM (gallons per minute).
Depending on the situation, we will decide which application is necessary to safely clean your home. Powerhouse Cleaners offers pressure washing services for the following surfaces:
- Exterior Building
- Exterior Home/siding
Please call if you need a surface cleaned that is not listed.
