- We will contact you via the preferred method you select on the estimate request. Prior to our technician visiting, the homeowner must confirm their estimate request.
- You do not have to be home at the time of your estimate. The RMT (Roof Maintenance Technician) will knock on the door to see if anyone is available before the information needed will be gathered. In order for the estimate to be accurate, the technician will need 360° access around your home– if for some reason this is not possible, it may be obtained from your home’s roof if necessary.
- After the information for you free estimate is collected, you will receive a copy of your estimate via the email address you have provided to Powerhouse Cleaners Company.
